About Me
I first discovered yoga in 2008 through online videos, experimenting with many different styles. Years later, I joined a yoga teacher training at the studio where I practiced—not because I wanted to teach, but from a desire to deepen my understanding of yoga. Though I carried resistance to the idea of teaching, what I was truly seeking was a steady practice—something rooted in discipline and structure that could support my path as a spiritual seeker. I had tried Ashtanga on my own, but sensed it was a practice best learned with the guidance of a teacher. The day I stepped into my first “Intro to Ashtanga” class, I knew I had found where I was meant to be.
I continue to learn and am honored to share this practice with others. As a teacher, I create a safe, welcoming space for all who wish to practice, regardless of age or experience. With a background in somatic healing, I honor each student’s experience while offering guidance when needed. I believe harmony and growth flourish when autonomy is respected. My gentle, light-hearted approach allows students to explore strength, breath, and awareness with both focus and laughter.
I offer Mysore-style classes, private sessions (in-person or online), and retreats for students seeking guidance, presence, and connection in their practice. Sharing this journey is a joy, and I am grateful for every opportunity to support students on their path.
